How long do I have to return my order?

The return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 30 days for a refund and 45 days for an exchange. The return period starts from the day you receive your order.

How do I qualify for Free Return Shipping?

All orders qualify for FREE return shipping within the United States. If you don't qualify for free return shipping you can still return your order.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?

At Glass & Lens we do not charge a restocking fee. However, if you are returning a product with prescription lenses there is an Rx lens return fee that will be deducted from your refund. All single vision, non Hi-Index lens are $15 and all additional lens upgrades are non-refundable. If you are ordering just the frames there is no restocking fee for return.

Can prescription orders be returned?

Prescription orders can be returned, but the prescription lens charges are associated with the making of the lenses so as stated above single vision, non Hi-Index lenses are $15 and all additional lens upgrades are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund for what you paid for the frame. The demo lenses must be returned.

How do I return my order?

Just fill out the form in contact us section and we will email you in short time. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your return form in the package, this ensures a quick turnaround time for your refund or exchange.

How long does it take for a refund or exchange to be processed?

It takes 1-3 business days for a return to be processed once it has been delivered to our return center.

Exchanges and refunds are processed with the return. You will receive confirmation of an exchange and or refund. If there is a difference in price for an exchange you will either be refunded or contacted to place a charge for the difference.

How long does it take for a refund to show up on my account?

A refund can take 3-10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
